Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent the Company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
Prepare the project execution plan for management review, approval and manage approved plan to achieve
Project deliverables and timeline objectives
Review contract documents and administer all issues related to the project in conjunction with Country Manager, in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame
Liaise with the HSE and/or Quality Department for the preparation and publishing of project safety and or quality manuals to ensure Companys Health, Safety & Environment standards are met
Ensure timely payments are received from the customer in accordance with contract conditions
Identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are aligned to project requirements and support recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the project
Price and evaluate potential Variation Orders related to the project
Identify and quantify any additional works and/or technical upgrades not covered in the contract to enhance the project
Ensure customer satisfaction and improve project Gross Margin
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Companys Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements
Follow- up and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements
Special Required Skills:
10-14 years of working experience as Project Manager or
MEP Manager in Elevators Field
BE preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
Good negotiation, leadership, planning and communication skills
Good Knowledge of Finance and economical matters
Ability to fluently interact in English, and Arabic
Good use of Microsoft Office |
